Hi, I'm Brig, founder of Kuul Recovery Club.

Before opening Kuul, I spent years building and running a business-to-business marketing company. Outside of work, I loved staying active. I lifted weights regularly, started competing in triathlons in 2018, and spent countless hours training. As much as I loved it, there was a problem. I was constantly sore. I was tired. And while I loved pushing myself, I also wanted to have the energy to be present for my family. I have five kids, and my two youngest boys, Tosh and Winn, are always on the move. Whether we're mountain biking, throwing a football in the yard, or jumping on the trampoline, I never wanted to be the dad who had to say, "Maybe later." Recovery changed that. It started with something simple. After long runs and bike rides, I'd sit in the cold spring runoff creek behind my house because I loved how much better my legs felt afterward. Later, a friend introduced me to a cold plunge and sauna facility, and I was amazed by how much better I felt—not just physically, but overall. I recovered faster. I had more energy. I could keep training while still having more to give my family. Before long, I found myself visiting one business for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, another for massage, another for contrast therapy, and buying recovery equipment for my home like compression boots, massage guns, red light therapy, foam rollers, and more. I kept thinking...

Why isn't there one place that has all of this?

That idea stayed with me for years. When it came time to move on from my marketing business, I knew I wanted to build something I was genuinely passionate about. So I built the recovery club I had always wished existed. Today, Kuul brings together more than 20 recovery tools under one roof in a welcoming, appointment-free environment where people can recover on their schedule. My goal has never been to create a place just for elite athletes. I believe recovery should be accessible to everyone. Whether you're training for a marathon, chasing kids around the backyard, working long hours, recovering from an injury, or simply trying to feel your best, recovery can help you show up better in every part of life. That's what Kuul is all about. Helping people recover faster, feel better, and have more energy for the people and things they love.
